It is a common view that new buildings could be much better designed and that existing residents’ opinions about future building development should be listened to. But despite the efforts of developers and the council to engage the community in the plans for new developments in Shoreham, many people still feel ignored.
The Shoreham Society is ideally placed to co-ordinate the views of local residents and effectively influence decisions about our town. But only if enough people join.
